2023 Stained Glass Grenache

13.5% alc. - A full level above its 2022 counterpart in terms of depth of flavor and impressively balancing that increased intensity with continued freshness and lightness of being. The 2023 manages at once to be a more serious vintage, invoking wines of a much higher price, and to carry the mantle of playfulness for which Stained Glass is intended. I find myself a bit in awe of the depth of red fruit, flowers and citrus coming out of the glass. Grenache is here to stay.
