2023 Brosseau Grenache

Brosseau Vineyard is planted high in the mountains of Chalone on intensely rocky soils of limestone and decomposed granite. Few vineyards in the world offer this combination of concentration and mineral tension.The 2023 vintage puts on full display the potential for Grenache from this site. It is simply loaded with fresh fruit, sweet/savory Grenache spice, brilliant acidity and a mineral lift that takes it to another level. Like the Chardonnay above, the combination of intensity and elegance is rare. This is a world class wine and I am incredibly curious to see how it ages, but for now . . it's joyful and ready to be shared. Do Not Miss.
