2023 Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon

13.3% alc. - The Santa Cruz Mountains are the Ying to the Sonoma Coast's Yang. Intensity of mountain fruit is balanced by the softness of cool climate. A shade darker fruited and a touch plusher than Waterhorse Ridge, this wine lives in a similar spiritual space. It delivers the bold Cabernet experience in a fresh package. It is ready to drink now, though I recommend serving it with food this Spring. It should also age spectacularly over the next couple years, but is not meant for LONG TERM aging.
