12.9% alc. - Brosseau Vineyard is planted high in the mountains of Chalone on intensely rocky soils of limestone and decomposed granite. Few vineyards in the world offer this combination of concentration and mineral tension.

A very complex white, balancing generous, ripe, rounded fruit with the thick vein of minerality that characterizes wines off this site. Green apple, orange peel, slightly honeyed notes and a flicker of chalky/powdery reduction are some of the many layers that flesh out in the glass. There's a real sense of presence here that is so attractive.
