2023 Sonoma Coast Cabernet Franc

13.4% Alc. - Surely and steadily our young vines at Waterhorse Ridge are finding their voice. The palate shows increasingly more crunchy black fruit and aromatically quite a bit more nuance is on display. It is juicy, spicy, lightly floral & herbaceous, and playfully rustic on the palate. For now this remains our ultimate bistro wine, made to pair with cheese, bread, pâté and rich country food. I am also now comfortable saying this wine will age and soften well for at least the next 2-3 years.
