2014 Shake Ridge Gran Reserva Tempranillo

From the magnificent, high altitude, rocky soils of the Sierras, this wine has all the flavors! But notes are secondary to the emotional experience of this wine. It is visceral, a wine that ONLY Tempranillo is capable of producing - intensely aromatic, rich, textural and complex, yet maintains a lightness of being and (dare I say) a freshness that seems near impossible.
